From November 2026, Microm Ltd will be part of Camlab Ltd
Following Microm’s acquisition by Calibre Scientific in January 2024, we are taking the next step in our integration by bringing Microm into Camlab Limited (company number 00484244), another established company within the Calibre Lab UK group. This move reflects our ongoing investment in our UK operations and will enable us to provide an even stronger platform for serving our customers.
Camlab is a respected distributor of laboratory and healthcare products serving customers across the academic, pharmaceutical, healthcare and industrial sectors. Operating from its purpose-built facilities near Cambridge, Camlab offers extensive warehousing, customer support, and logistics capabilities that will further strengthen the service that Microm provides.
What this means for you
The transition is designed to be as smooth and straightforward as possible. You will continue to receive the same high-quality products, expert technical support and personal service that you have come to expect from Microm. Importantly:
- Your existing contact, Callie Lyford, will remain your primary point of contact
- There will be no interruption to supply
- Our commitment to delivering excellent customer service remains unchanged
What we need from you
1) Create Camlab as a supplier on your systems and linking the purchased items to that new account
2) Change the name and address of where orders will be sent from Microm to Camlab
3) Change the payment account details from Microm to Camlab

2) To ensure a seamless transition, we kindly ask you to update your purchasing and finance records so that all orders placed after 1st November 2026 are placed with Camlab. These details are:
