Why Fertivit Cooling and Warming?
FertiVit Cooling and Warming media are sets of cell culture media designed for the vitrification of human oocytes and embryos from 2PN up till blastocyst stage (different protocols are described in the instructions for use). The media are optimized and validated for use with closed vitrification systems (e.g. High Security Vitrification straws from CBS). Both kits consist of 6 media, but not all media are needed for embryo vitrification).
